No, if you’re acne prone we do not recommend these supplements as they can trigger more acne and inflammation within the skin.

Laundry detergent
We recommend using a fragrance free laundry detergent, free from essential oils if you’re acne prone. Our preferred detergent is Dropps Pods Unscented.

Wool dryer balls
Traditional dryer sheets and fabric softners contain a pore clogging waxy residue that transfers to washcloths, pillowcases and clothes. We recommend switching to wool dryer balls, with no essential oils, for acne prone skin.

Toothpaste
Most toothpastes contain a pore clogging ingredient called SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate.) Check your toothpastes using the acne safe app or shop our preferred toothaste, BOKA, which is free from SLS and all pore cloggers.
